Technology changes quickly, and Romania’s digital economy is evolving with it. Lifelong learning helps people stay confident and adaptable—whether you’re supporting a team at work, running a small business, or simply exploring how tech works. We believe everyone deserves access to learning that is practical, modern, and encouraging.

We envision a world where more people in Romania (and across Europe) feel empowered to use, understand, and create technology—so they can tackle meaningful challenges in their communities and industries.

That’s why we design beginner-friendly programs with zero entry prerequisites, focused on doing—not just watching. Our training covers Web Development, UI/UX Design, Cyber Security, and Data Science & AI, and we regularly host free online workshops and community sessions with times communicated in Bucharest time (EET/EEST) to make joining from Romania simple.

Access also means affordability. When possible, we help learners explore Romania-relevant ways to fund upskilling—such as EU-funded initiatives under ESF+ (including calls within Programul Educație și Ocupare – PEO), digital skills projects supported through PNRR, and public employment / training support routes—depending on eligibility and open calls.

Our Story

Founded in 2021, Code Labs Academy was created to answer a clear need: employers across Europe—including Romania—want more people with strong, practical tech skills. Traditional education can be slow to adapt to modern product teams, so we built an alternative that is focused, hands-on, and aligned with how the industry actually works.

We put the learner experience at the centre of everything we do. From flexible office hours and supportive instructor feedback to optional 1:1 career coaching, our structure helps you build confidence through real projects—and graduate with a portfolio you can show. Learn in as few as 12 weeks full-time, or choose a 24-week part-time schedule that fits around work and life.
